Peter Morgan are the leading independent estate agents in South Wales and provide a range of professional property services including property sales and valuations, lettings, new developments, properties abroad and financial services. The company has 35 years continuous experience in the property market with six branches in prime town locations.

The Project

The company had an existing website which gave information on the company services and provided a basic property search. However the site was dated and did not provide the modern and effective facilities expected from high grade estate agents.

A new dynamic highly interactive database driven website was required where users could search for and get specific details of property on-line. As well as providing the latest search technology and facilities the website needed to interface with back end office systems provided by leading estate agent software providers Dezrez.

All communications needed to be seamlessly channelled back to the individual offices dealing with specific enquiries and linked to the existing 28 plus Peter Morgan office email accounts also managed by Creation21. The website also had to act as a source of information for customers providing tips and advice on many different aspects.
